Rental Equipment

Shore Beach Service rents umbrellas & chairs on the beaches of Hilton Head Island.

We are the only company on the island that can set equipment up anywhere on the beach for you daily.

We can be found at the rental locations in the list below. In addition, Shore Beach Service can set up equipment anywhere else along the beach upon request (we call these OFFSITE LOCATIONS). Rates are higher for offsites. If you do not see your beach location listed below, you are likely an offsite rental.

Rental Rates & Hours

Please check list below to see if you are at a rental location or offsite location.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. Room charges are accepted at some locations.

Our beach rental season generally begins the last week in March and ends in late October, weather permitting.

We are open 7 days a week during our beach season from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm unless extreme weather does not permit. Offsite rentals are set up by 9:30 am and taken down at 5:00 pm.

Reservations

Reservations are accepted by phone anytime before the first day of the rental. It is particularly important to make a reservation for offsite rentals, as requests made for offsites after 11:00 am generally cannot be set up until the next day. To rent equipment at one of the rental locations (see below), you can also check in with a member of our staff on the beach at that location 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
